Scoops & Java Signature Menu Dishes placed an American twist on a popular Italian dessert called “Café Miscella” by blending espresso coffee with American ice cream at creating a new and unique variety of tasty dessert delights.

Scoops & Java takes pride in our exclusive coffee beverage menu that offers the finest Italian roasted beans brewed to perfection.  We specialize in espressos, cappuccinos, freddoccinos, lattes, mochaccinos, and many more specialized coffee cups.  Scoops & Java also prepares only the best brewed coffee and will offer a variety of flavors, seasonal specials, and our Café Du Jour  (Special of the day).  They can be ordered with a wide assortment of flavors and toppings.  With ingredients to meet customer taste and dietary needs.

Our exclusive frozen dessert menu offers ice cream treats made from all natural ingredients and the fresh's toppings.  Our base recipe is prepared in the purest view within traditional ice cream making.  It is fabulously creamy with deep rich flavors that will linger long after the dish is empty.  Scoops & Java prepares cultural favorites like Sundaes to introducing new flavors such as our fruity Guava and our Cocoa Mocha Chocolate Chip Coffee Ice Creams.
